how does it work?
1- Enter the STORE.

2- If this is your first time and you don’t have a user yet, REGISTER above, in the LOG IN button.
You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your registration has been successful.
3- Once connected, add the products you want to your shopping cart.
Remember that you can buy 1kg. or less (0.5kg, 0.25kg….) or also by units.
4- Finally, access your shopping cart, add the delivery date and finish your order.
If you have not yet added a shipping address in your profile, you will be asked to do so, before the order can be shipped.
5- We will contact you after your first order.
The payment of the order is made once the order is delivered; you can pay it in cash or card at the moment, or by bank transfer. (*WARNING*: Temporarily and while the alarm state lasts we only accept payment by bank transfer. The account number will be written on the delivery note)

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Just place your order the day before you want it delivered.
However, please note that sometimes specific products have to be ordered 2-3 days in advance, as we do not have them in stock – this will be specified on the order form.
What are your delivery days?
Every day from Monday to Friday in Palma, between 10 am and 5 pm. For locations other than Palma, please consult us.
Do you deliver all over Mallorca?
At the moment we have a route established in the perimeter of Palma and the following villages of Mallorca:
- Calvià
- Andratx (and Port d’Andratx)
- Esporles
- Bunyola
- Soller
- Marratxi
- Sta. María
- Consell
- Alaró
- Binissalem
- Inca
- Buger
- Campanet
- Sa Pobla
- Pollença

What's in the closed boxes?
These boxes are mainly made up of seasonal and local vegetables; there may also be some fruit and there is usually a “base” of potatoes, carrots and onions, as basic kitchen products.
These baskets are designed to consume all the products they contain and to adapt your kitchen to it.
If you see that you do not consume all the products, or that you prefer to choose the products, we advise you to place a personalized order.
What does it cost to receive the order at home or business?
If it is an individual order, the cost per delivery is 3 €.
If you create a consumer group or a group of neighbours/friends/colleagues and place a joint order, the delivery would be free.
How do I pay for my order?
In cash or by card at the time of delivery or by bank transfer after receiving the order.
I am a professional, what do I have to do to receive your products in my business?
You simply have to SUBSCRIBE as a user of the online SHOP by selecting the PROFESSIONAL customer profile.
Once you have your username and password, simply access the store and make your purchase.

Para ello, habla con Teo, nuestro comercial (+34 663 846 5789).
Para hacer tu pedido, te proporcionaremos semanalmente el archivo excel que habrás de rellenar y enviarnos por email.
Podrás obter el excel o bien suscribiéndote a nuestra lista de mailing, o bien en nuestra página web, en el apartado de profesionales (solicítanos tu usuario y contraseña).
